• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service

4. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS alerts:

• You consent to receive automated SMS notifications from LurkMor at the phone number you provide
• Message frequency varies based on new marketplace listings matching your search
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time

5. No Warranty

LurkMor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of marketplace listings. We are not responsible for missed listings or delivery failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

LurkMor and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

LurkMor aggregates listings from third-party platforms (Craigslist, eBay, etc.). We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
